This Privacy Policy describes how Joeun Commerce, Inc. ("Joeun Commerce," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the JoeunSCAN mobile application (the "App").

JoeunSCAN is a B2B wholesale order management tool developed by Joeun Commerce for use by apparel vendors at trade shows. The App enables authorized vendor representatives ("Vendors") to scan products and place wholesale purchase orders on behalf of their buyers. Joeun Commerce provides the App solely as a technology platform and is not a party to any transaction between Vendors and Buyers.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Role of Joeun Commerce — Platform Provider

Specifically:

• Joeun Commerce is the developer and operator of the JoeunSCAN platform. We are not a seller, buyer, distributor, or party to any wholesale transaction conducted through the App.
• Vendors are solely responsible for: all orders placed through the App, product information accuracy, pricing, order fulfillment, shipping, payment collection (including Pay Later invoices), returns, and any disputes with Buyers.
• Buyer data entered into the App is entered by Vendor representatives. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from Buyers to collect and share their information through the App.
• Pay Later transactions are handled entirely outside of Joeun Commerce's system, directly between Vendor and Buyer. Joeun Commerce does not process, guarantee, or collect any payment on behalf of Vendors.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Vendor Representatives: individuals authorized by apparel brands (Vendors) to operate the App at trade shows.
• Buyers: wholesale retail buyers whose information is entered or registered through the App by a Vendor Representative during a trade show.
• Administrators: individuals who manage show settings, vendor accounts, and order data through the Joeun Commerce web platform connected to this App.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Provided by Vendor Representatives

When using the App, Vendor Representatives input the following information:

• Vendor Login Credentials: username and password to authenticate into the App.
• Buyer Registration Information (entered via Simple Register at the trade show):
  • Full name
  • Store / company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address (optional at time of registration)
• Order Information: product style numbers scanned, quantities, order totals, PO numbers (format: {VendorCode}-Show), show name, and payment method selection (Pay Later or saved card).
• Shipping Address: buyer shipping address selected or added during checkout.

3.2 Payment Information

For buyers who have a saved payment method on file, tokenized card data is handled via our payment processor, Stripe. Raw card numbers are never stored on Joeun Commerce servers. Pay Later orders do not involve any payment data collection by Joeun Commerce — billing is handled directly between Vendor and Buyer outside of this system.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Usage Data: screens accessed, scan activity, session duration, and error logs — used solely for app performance monitoring and debugging.
• Camera Access: the App requests camera permission solely to scan product barcodes. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.
• Network Status: connectivity detection for offline/online order sync purposes.

3.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect GPS or location data.
• We do not access device contacts, microphone, photos, or media files.
• We do not collect biometric data.
• We do not serve advertisements or collect data for advertising purposes.
• We do not collect any personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the App's core functions.

4. How We Use Your Information

Joeun Commerce uses collected information strictly to operate the App:

• Authenticate Vendor users and provide secure App access.
• Enable barcode scanning and order creation on behalf of Buyers.
• Record wholesale purchase orders with appropriate identifiers (e.g., is_show_order: true, registered_via_show: true).
• Generate and enable printing of PO documents at the trade show.
• Maintain order history accessible to Vendors (via admin dashboard) and Buyers (via the Joeun Commerce web platform).
• Send transactional order confirmation emails to Buyers after an order is placed.
• Provide Vendors with show-level order reports (total GMV, buyer count, average order value) for their own business use.
• Monitor App performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability.

We do not use your information for profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App.

5. Vendor Responsibilities Regarding Buyer Data

Vendors who use JoeunSCAN are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority and consent to collect and submit Buyer personal information through the App. Joeun Commerce acts as a data processor for Buyer information input by Vendors and is not responsible for how Vendors obtain or manage that data.

Vendors must:

• Ensure Buyers are informed that their information will be stored in the Joeun Commerce platform for order management purposes.
• Not enter Buyer information into the App without authorization.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their App login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all orders placed through the App using their account.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 With Vendors

Buyer information (name, store name, email, phone, shipping address, order details) is accessible to the Vendor Representative who entered it and to that Vendor's administrator account. This is required for order fulfillment and is the intended purpose of the App.

6.2 With Service Providers

• Stripe: for payment tokenization and processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies: https://stripe.com/privacy
• Cloud Hosting Providers: for secure data storage and app infrastructure.
• Email Service Providers: to send transactional order confirmation emails to Buyers.

All third-party service providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements and may only use data as directed by Joeun Commerce.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Joeun Commerce, Vendors, Buyers, or others.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred. Affected users will be notified via email or in-app notice prior to any such transfer.

7. Camera Permission

The App requests device camera access for one purpose only: scanning product barcodes to look up items in the Vendor's catalog. We do not capture, record, store, or transmit any images or video. Camera access can be revoked at any time in your device settings; this will disable barcode scan functionality but the App can still be used via manual style number entry.

8. Data Retention

• Order data and Buyer account information are retained for as long as the associated Vendor account is active, and for a minimum of 3 years thereafter, to support order history and dispute resolution.
• Show-specific order data is archived after a show ends — data is preserved for records, but no new orders can be placed under an archived show.
• Login credentials are stored in encrypted/hashed form only. Plaintext passwords are never stored.
• Requests for data deletion may be submitted to info@joeuncommerce.com. Some data may be retained as required by law or contract.

9. Data Security

Joeun Commerce implements industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
• Payment data is tokenized by Stripe. Raw card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• App access is restricted to authenticated Vendor accounts with role-based permissions.
• Data access is limited to authorized personnel and bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Regular security assessments are conducted.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.

10. Children's Privacy

JoeunSCAN is a B2B professional tool intended exclusively for adults (18 years or older) operating in a commercial trade show environment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor's data has been submitted, we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you or the Buyers whose data has been entered may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of personal information held about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt-out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from post-show follow-up emails via the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
• Data Portability: Request order or account data in a portable format where technically feasible.
• California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Joeun Commerce provides JoeunSCAN as a technology platform only. We are not liable for any commercial disputes, unfulfilled orders, payment failures, product defects, or any other matter arising from transactions between Vendors and Buyers conducted through the App. All such matters are solely between the Vendor and Buyer.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify users via email or in-app notice where required. Continued use of the App following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Google Play User Data Policy Compliance

This App is published on the Google Play Store. We comply with Google Play's User Data Policy, including:

• Prominent Disclosure: All data collection is disclosed before or at the time of collection.
• Consent: Camera access requires explicit user permission granted at the device level.
• Limited Use: Data is used only for the purposes described in this policy.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: User data is not shared with third parties except as described herein.
