Jennifer is a founding member and former Vice President of FashionGo, where she spent over 20 years building one of North America's largest B2B fashion marketplaces — from day one through the platform that now connects tens of thousands of apparel brands and wholesale buyers across the U.S.
At Joeun Commerce, she brings that rare combination of marketplace founding experience and executive operator instinct to a new mission: giving apparel brands the tools to own their B2B and D2C commerce — on their terms, not a marketplace's. Her expertise spans wholesale operations, digital commerce architecture, vendor growth, and payments infrastructure. She builds for the way real fashion businesses work.
Keonhoe Cha
Founder / CTO
Keonhoe brings over 30 years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in architecting scalable backend systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. As an early and core engineer at FashionGo , he spent over 10 years building virtually every layer of one of North America's largest B2B fashion marketplaces — from application development and database architecture to infrastructure and security. Beyond platform engineering, his foundational expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning — backed by advanced degrees and extensive research experience.
At Joeun Commerce, he architects the full technical stack with the precision of someone who has built high-traffic commerce systems from the ground up, and the vision to integrate cutting-edge AI where it creates real business impact.
Vicky Eun
Founder / CDO
Vicky is a founding member and former UX Manager of FashionGo Wholesale and Dropshipping, with over 15 years of experience crafting seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling e-commerce experiences. Her expertise goes beyond UX, enabling her to define and visualize how a brand’s digital presence should come to life.
At Joeun Commerce, she has built platform across product structure, admin usability, and buyer-facing journeys to make sure every interaction supports conversion and efficiency.
